What can I help you with?
If you are experiencing any of the following conditions;
Then please feel free to contact me, as a clinical aromatherapist I may very well be able to help. Complementary therapy aims to strengthen the vitalising, health-promoting forces within the body and is always concerned with treating the body holistically and encouraging the client to take an active role in their own health.
After twenty years as a teacher I felt the need to become more personally involved with supporting and enhancing the health and well-being of those I came in contact with.
I have always been interested in the therapeutic qualities of plants and while working for Culpeper the Herbalist learnt much about the preparation and use of medicinal herbs as a complementary therapy. Experience of essential oils came later and informed my decision on which complementary therapy to study when I decided to change direction and retrain as an aromatherapist, a discipline that would allow me to express my own beliefs and values, work to my own standards and fulfil the desire to provide solutions to the stresses and demands of modern life.
I qualified as a Clinical Aromatherapist in 2017 and have an ITECLevel 3 Accredited Clinical Aromatherapy Diploma. I have since added Deep Tissue massage to my repertoire in response to the increasing number of clients reporting chronic muscle tension and lack of mobility.
